This project is currently considered DISCONTINUED (however, see the information at the bottom of this page). In case the development of this application will some day be continued and a new version released, the registered users of the application will be the first to know.
Because this page offers registration codes for those that are interested in the application (so as not to lock the application after the trial period ends), it should be noted that the registration information given here will be made invalid when the next version is released. This means that MP-3000F mk II will not work with the provided registration code.
Note that the application has not been updated since march 2001. The application was originally written for Windows 2000 and while it might still start on later versions (like Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, etc.) no guarantees of compatibility on these later operating systems can be given. Thus; the product is provided "AS IS" and the developer makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
There have been a multitude of different versions made available through times. On this page there are two of the latest and a yet unreleased version. The versions made available here are the ones that had least bugs and can therefore be considered useable quality. :-)
This was the last officially released version of MP-3000F. It contained some nasty bugs, but for most of the times, it was useable in live situations. Honestly - I used this version for a long time before I changed the software I used while doing my deejaying.
This version is available for download.
If you are required to register, use the following information:
This version had many of the bugs of v1.0.2.3 fixed, but due to the massive amount of rewriting the code, most of the automation functions were never included in the codebase. Although this version was never "officially" released (because it never actually got finished), it was available on the website so that interested people could "take a feel for it".
One example of the features that are missing from this version is that there is no way to register it. Tough luck - you can only use it for the trial period of 30 days.
This version is available for download.
For almost three years I did nothing with the sourcecode. Then I woke up one day I thought "what the heck" and started designing MP-3000F mk II.
This version of the application has never been released and I intend not to release it before I get the audio engine working (and I mean working well). What this means is that this version is currently not available for download. I've been working on the code sometimes, but not too often. Currently it only consists of a graphical user interface, but honestly - I intend to finish this version some day.
The reason I continued to write code for an application that I considered "discontinued product" is that it felt like such a waste of a great idea to do nothing. Well - at least I'm doing something. :-)
